The Rebuilding Process:


    • Disassemble Attachment, arms, hydraulic components, and Inspect all parts
    • Shot Blast entire unit for Complete inspection
    • Perform Magnetic Metal Particle, Non Destructive Testing on Welds
    • Repair Hinges on Clamps (with Hinges); Inspect Bushings and Replace as needed
    • Disassemble Main Bearing and Inspect; Disassemble Drive Group on Rotating Models
    • Rebuild All Hydraulics including Drive Groups - NEW Parker or Eaton Seals (cylinders, valves, hoses, and motors)
    • Paint (white) individual components
    • Reassemble - Load Test Unit Prior to Shipping
